WHISPER™ uses modulated ultrasonic carriers that travel silently through air, with no audible output at the source. When the beam encounters a nonlinear medium — a wall, an object, or even the human body — the signal self-demodulates and reconstructs into audible sound. This effect allows the system to project audio into space as if the air itself were a speaker, while remaining inaudible outside the target path.
